i’m more of an ‘all things in moderation’ type myself. but i find it easy to do. i never had to cut myself completely off from anything. water has been my main drink of choice for many years now. Probly the most caffeine i get is from tea and chocolate. i have never liked the taste of coffee, tho i love the smell of walking into a coffee shop. and my pop intake is very minimal, the very rare coke, sprite or rootbeer. (tho orange, rock n rye, and red pop are good, but it’s been a long time since i’ve had any of them.) and i almost never finish a can/bottle by myself anyways.
