  • Advice Requested, Topic: Cheating

Okay so I have a situation involving someone I’ve known for a while now. He/She is married and has been for a long time. But I overheard her/him say, “I love you” to someone other than his/her husband/wife on the phone. I was two feet away and she/he was aware of my presence, but despite that he/she went ahead like nothing had happened. Needless to say, my hackles have been raised. The person to whom they said these words has some history with the alleged cheater in the form of having expressed feelings to the cheater many years ago.

What do you think? Any and all input would be very helpful.

  • No idea, maybe they moved on from their romantic realtionship years ago to a friendship one now, I tell my ex on occasion tha I love him because I do, but not in that way.

  • I wouldn’t get involved. Seems like they resent you in the end instead of being grateful for your help. My opinion anyway. Hey, decided to open an account with wordpress after much deliberating. http://hesacontradiction.wordpress.com/ Still figuring out the system though.

  • Inject their veins with something that burns.Seriously though it might not be that kind of love. I still love my highschool sweetheart, but even now that my husband has cheated on me and left me behind like a used tissue I wouldn’t jump back into bed with him. I just love him that’s all.Still, inject their veins with something painful >.> I hate cheaters… if they are cheating. And yes… let’s all keep out of it. Because when cheating is concerned it is just between the couple right? Oh yeah… and the person that DIDN’T keep out of it…

  • What kind of ily was it? I love my ex and his son dearly but I am in a committed relationship and beyond that I wouldn’t go so far as to say it out loud like that..
